Louis Lepere is a visual designer and creative director based in Antwerp. He grew up surrounded by art, images and creative culture, an environment that shaped both the way he sees the world and how he approaches design.
In
2018, he joined the
Digital Arts Academy in Berchem, where he began studying digital design part-time. It was there that he discovered his connection with
visual storytelling through
design, photography and video. What started as technical exploration quickly became a
personal visual language, a way to translate ideas, emotions and identity into form.
Alongside this, Louis developed a strong interest in
fashion, branding and image-making, especially how visuals can define a person, a label or a movement.
In
2023, he continued his education at
St. Lucas in
Visual Education, where he refined his
eye, concepts and artistic direction. After completing this program, he entered
Communication Design at
St. Lucas in 2025 with a clear goal: to build a career in design that connects
aesthetics with strategy.
Louis works from a simple philosophy:
Visuals that work. To him, design is not decoration but a
tool. A strong visual should
do the work for you by attracting attention, communicating identity and creating value without needing explanation. When a visual is done right, it becomes an
asset that builds
recognition, trust and momentum for the people behind it.
His practice sits at the intersection of
branding, visual identity, photography and moving image, creating visuals that are not only expressive but
effective.
